By Word of Mouth “At Home” Privacy Notice


The processing of your data is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of By Word of Mouth Ltd and to be able to fulfil our contractual obligations to you and provide you (the customer) with the services requested.

Order and transactions – 6 years to comply with HMRC guidelines

Personal details – 6 years

After a period of 6 years if you have not interacted with our company we will anonymise your information.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as required to fulfil the purposes we collected it for.  This includes any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
